• As an external consultant, I was responsible for meeting the direct requirements for different areas of different government agencies: SAGARPA, SEGOB and PGJ.• In the governmental dependency of SAGARPA I was responsible for the administration of 13 institutional public websites, based on Microsoft SharePoint. In 2018 started the austerity plan, so I was responsible for performing the analysis of more than 16 CMS, among the main ones were (Drupal, Typo3, SilverStripe, Neos, Plone, Alfresco, Redmine) to find the tool that could replace the main features of SharePoint. I was responsible for the installation, configuration and migration of the websites to Drupal CMS on an AWS architecture was done over a period of 12 months. A more user-friendly, configurable, powerful and secure environment was designed; with more efficient and easy to consult information management and distribution functionalities.• In addition, I was responsible for the realization of design policies for the use of a CDN of the Digital Government base graph to implement the layout in other web management systems based on JAVA and PHP.• In SEGOB, I developed a Drupal-based web application that was easy to use, to offer courses and training materials for a decentralized agency support program.• For the PGJ I had a consultancy to design and implement the graphic layout in a web application based on NET.
