Elham Souri has academic and professional background in the field of Lighting and Urban Design. With ‎‎16 years of experience in the urban design, and 8 years in the lighting design - from macro to micro ‎scale - she has gained invaluable experience in designing as well as coordinating projects.‎Elham has been a member of ‎Tehran's Light Committee since 2014. Analyzing and assessing the lighting ‎design projects in terms of ‎urban design criteria, is only one of her responsibilities in this committee. ‎Additionally, she has been in charge of managing scientific ‎part of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Iran Lighting Design ‎conference (ILDC).‎‎She has won the first prize for her “Residential Street Design” from Tehran Municipality. Also, "Make ‎Your Rhythm" is ‎Elham's proposed concept which has been selected for the award shortlist and ‎published on the ‎Playable City website (Bristol, UK). This Concept has also been exhibited at Designing ‎Playful City ‎exhibition, Museum of Design (Moda), Atlanta, US, 2018.‎Her academic background combined with her work experience make her suitable fit and excited to ‎work in the Lighting and Urban Design fields.
