• Serve as an agency-wide IT applications expert, workflow resource, and project manager for software implementations. • Remain up-to-date on assistive technology solutions and maintain an acute focus on achieving accessibility for people who are blind and visually impaired.• Coordinates and helps with unit and integrated application testing, including test plans and documentation. Assists with development of internal training curriculum and materials, as well as coordinating and providing application training. • Function as liaison between key stakeholder departments, direct users, administration, and IT.• Provide formal training sessions for new users, establishing “super-users” as necessary.
