I have 25+ years of experience working in the non-profit sector. My undergraduate degree is in social work and my graduate degree is in human services administration. I have a proven track record as an executive-level administrator with several human services organizations in Buffalo, New York. I am the President/CEO of VIA (Visually Impaired Advancement), where I strive to be a strategic, collaborative, and visionary leader who is passionate about improving the quality of life for individuals with vision impairments. I work to be entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, and impactful. I am committed to increasing visibility/community awareness and financial resources for the organization. I am responsible for visioning/strategic planning, staff development and cultural enrichment, stakeholder engagement and collaboration, advocacy and communication, risk management, and cooperative work with our board of directors.
