My responsibilities included overseeing the definition and evaluation of applications for new product features, driving the development of innovative print modes, algorithms, and print quality standards. I managed R&D processes from the initial concept stage through testing and evaluation, working closely with cross-functional teams during the Alpha and Beta phases. Additionally, I collaborated with the Marketing team to ensure that product development aligned with market requirements (MRD) and provided both pre-and post-sales support. As an Application Engineer in the development team, I was responsible for conducting experiments and tests on complex machinery to assess its functionality and performance. My role involved defining the applicability of various systems, establishing testing protocols, and executing experiments to ensure product reliability. I supported new product initiatives from the initial definition phase through to customer implementation, which included developing and optimizing work processes, testing, and evaluating products. Additionally, I managed system installations at contractor sites and provided ongoing support at client locations worldwide.
