Overview:The Lifetime Sea Otter Classic is North America's largest cycling festival and expo, drawing enthusiasts from across the globe. As the Camping Manager, you will play a critical role in creating a seamless and enjoyable camping experience for festival attendees. This role requires strong logistical, customer service, and leadership skills to ensure efficient campground operations and a positive experience for all guests.Key Responsibilities:Campground Setup and Management: Coordinate and execute campground setup, ensuring organized, safe, and accessible spaces for attendees.Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for campers, providing assistance, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.Risk Mitigation: Implement and maintain safety protocols, identifying and addressing potential risks to ensure a secure environment.Inventory Management: Oversee the tracking, distribution, and replenishment of campground supplies, ensuring adequate resources are available throughout the event.Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with and oversee subcontractors responsible for various campground services, ensuring their adherence to quality and safety standards.Site Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the campground area, addressing any operational or safety issues in a timely manner.Logistics Coordination: Manage campground logistics, including arrivals, space allocations, and traffic flow, to facilitate a smooth experience for campers.
