Oversee day-to-day operations of Glucksman Ireland House NYU - Supervise and coordinate the duties of five student workers and one full-time administrator - Assist principle investigators with up to three additional grants per year, including applications, budgets, and reporting - Compose copy for the Glucksman Ireland House website - Craft press releases and other communiqués for the program - Co-produce and edit promotional videos, and co-produce the Glucksman Ireland House radio show - Manage the department's operating budget, as well as budgets for several projects - Build and maintain relationships with donors and members of the advisory board- Event planning and management, including the department's annual fundraising gala
