Customer Service Specialist
CurrentAs a customer service representative, I was responsible for customer satisfaction while maximizing sales from each client as much as possible. I'm managing to sell 60% - 75% of the station's monthly sales target every month. Based on my previous manager's recommendation, after a year of hard work, I was sent by the company to a sales specialist program to enrich my knowledge of advanced sales techniques and became a customer support specialist. During covid 19, my manager was assigned another gas station to manage because of an employee shortage. I was left to manage the gas station's operations by myself to provide customer service, make sales, handle customer complaints, and track inventory.
