Managing team of 18 service experts in the technical field, implementing European projects locally and scaling up the quality of service to our customers in Central East. -Supporting product launches, benchmarking and competitive advantage definition, portfolio harmonization and white space filling- Creation of educational materials especially in digital form (LMS) - Supporting commercial exellence and adoption of Its tools, CRM system and definition of added value of the service- Managing color tinting service in the region, efficiency of the tinting center and quality of service- Working on implementation of key megatrends within tech area - Sustainability and Digitalization and its relevance for respective region within context of broader West Central region.

Specialties Platform EMEA- Making sure that all key customer pains and cured with our products- Building strong innovation product pipeline in specialty paints (floor,metal,multisubstrates,etc) in EMEA region. - Helping to identify white spaces in product portfolio to grow business in architectural and protective floor coatings- Supporting the establishment of strong specialties business processes and synergies in region- Conducting product complexity harmonization plan for EMEA in product category, close cooperation with R&D, supply chain, marketing and sales department

- Business relationship development (facility management companies, eco housing and wood constructers, metal containers producers or sport clubs and others)- Market analysis, prospect segmentation and competition benchmarking- Continuing understanding of technical specification of PPG paints- Support of sales processes within region- Designed MS Access database to build own CRM system

- Centralizing Car Leasing and Fuel Procurement project (x-country)- Czech coatings market analysis- Understanding various sales channels - Captive stores VMI ordering system implementation project (long term)- Marketing campaign "Strop zadarmo" evaluation from sales x marketing perspective- Other short term projects in the field of sales growth and sales analysis

- Market research, finding new sales channels, monitoring competitor activity- Establishing commercial relationships with retailers and wholesalers- Managing and maintaining the quality of Salesforce CRM- Reporting activities, developments and progress to management- Attending training to improve sales skills and technical knowledge, GCP sharing- Personal strategy planning and market development up to annual basis
