Sister Supply provides menstrual products to menstruators in need. We seek to eradicate period poverty by providing access to products, destigmatization of menstruation, and by providing education and access to sustainable products.

Founded in 2015, Thistle and Bee is a non-profit social enterprise that exists to serve survivors of prostitution and human trafficking through holistic services and workforce preparedness.  Through a residential program and a social enterprise built around the manufacture and sale of products made from honey produced in our apiary, survivors experience healing as they gain skills and experience needed to rebuild their lives.We believe in the power of love to change the world. Women exiting prostitution and sex trafficking come off the streets with experiences of extreme trauma: addiction, sexual abuse, domestic violence, assault, incest, and just a general absence of self-worth. Thistle & Bee was founded to provide women with a loving-environment that supports them in their journey into real-world workforce preparedness. The holistic approach supports women as they work on themselves through the therapeutic clinical program, and learn job skills in the social enterprise.Memphis is a geographic hub for sex trafficking and the scene of significant prostitution activity. Our mission is to help women who have survived prostitution and trafficking thrive.

As the Director of Business Development for ANF Architects, Eli is responsible for the creation & implementation of successful strategies that address: client acquisition and retention, market expansion, team-building, and the development & management of a strategic relationships network.In addition to her marketing responsibilities, Eli directs ANF’s community enhancement efforts, curates local artist’s exhibitions in the firm’s gallery, coordinates with local nonprofit organizations to host special events & fundraisers at ANF after-hours, and works closely with the firm’s leadership to identify charitable opportunities.Business Development Manager:- Oversees ANF's marketing department to actively seek new clients & projects, while maintaining relationships with current clients; managing all aspects of marketing materials & proposal production- manages online presence - Business development strategist and team building enthusiast. - Facilitates internal marketing meetings for both short & long-term strategic planning- Researches strategic project opportunities Marketing Coordination:- Creation & distribution of client proposals- Advance firm recognition with regular publicity of firm events, community involvement, and work in local and national publications- Coordinate photography for recently completed projects- Maintain & improve historical database- Write and distribute press releases- Prepare award submissions for architectural & interior design awards- Project Manager for website redesign & company re-branding - Maintain office intranet- Website content manager- Create/distribute embedded HTML email messages using MailchimpEvent Planner:- Manage/coordinate all private charitable events held in the ANF Architects building- Facilitate internal team building eventsGallery Curator:- Maintain ANF art gallery & permanent art collection- Curate an average of 6 art openings annualy featuring local artists- Event publicity

Maintains and updates websites, Facebook and Twitter accounts for local Memphis restaurants.Monitors internet images including social networking sites and review sites on behalf of clients. Writes an electronic weekly newsletter advertising events, specials and other relevant information.

Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom and over the phone in the selection of rental items. Generating rental quotes and inputting orders into the computer. Assisting with party, wedding and corporate event planning. Increasing sales with existing customers while seeking out new clients though networking events, sites and sales calls.

Served as liaison between the MRA and prominent organizations in the city. Scheduled & coordinated events and meetings for the calendar year. Responsible for membership retention, recruitment and satisfaction. Editing of printed materials & website content.
