 Negotiating price, delivery terms, payment terms with suppliers&subcontractors in the best interests of Turkcell Performance with the procurement teams of Turkcell’s owned group companies’ (Superonline, Global Bilgi, KKTCELL, Best/Belarus, Astelit/Ukraine, etc.) procurement, support negotiations and investments for HW & SW products. Responsible for the procurement of Turkcell’s TV+ platform, satellite & broadcast systems and IT hardwares (audio & sound systems) with a total purchasing volume of yearly 30M USD hardware , software and services . Handling contract process starting from preparing draft contract to negotiations and signature, including all stakeholders to the process such as legal, technical product responsibles, managers and suppliers. Giving support to Turkcell group companies about tender’s and vendor selections, preparing contracts and pricing Developing sourcing strategies Negotiations with multi-vendors through their proposals covered by the budgets, proper configurations and best lead times drive business efficiency Management of maintenance and support agreements, on basis of SLA levels and KPI’s Negotiations on HW & SW support fees to secure the targeted budget Management of multinational vendors and with their local partners Acting as “Vendor Manager” for sustainable relations to maintain and improve the best efficient quality, cost, delivery and vendors’ service and performance level Evaluating the proposals in terms of total cost of ownership, best configuration and best delivery time and executing product cost analysis and comparison

 Procurement of all the technical hardwares & software systems of call center & the facilities. Contract management Preparing weekly and monthly reports of procurement department. Preparing procurement process regarding ISO certification.
