Managed and led Liaison Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, and Tooling Engineers responsible for providing 24/7 engineering support for all wide-body aircraft at the Everett Delivery Center. Provided technical guidance and managed various projects which impacted manufacturing and engineering operations. Interfaced with international customers and regulating agencies to resolve certification questions and issues.

Designed repairs, restoring full design capabilities on commercial airplanes. Troubleshot system failures, and provided technical explanations to airline customers during the delivery process. Worked with regulatory agencies, safety engineering, and other disciplines during various build and flight test programs.Special assignments included Entry Into Service (EIS). Worked directly with airline customers in-service as a field service representative, helping airlines with their day-to-day operations in both domestic and international airports.

Engineering Intern. Worked with a group of engineers to design, build, and test UAVs. Also worked on manned aircraft modifications.
