Over two decades experience in agronomy in floriculture ,Vegetables and Herbs with a bias in crop protection , Crop nutrition, Irrigation and IPM both in Soil and Substrates in Kenya(Kericho,Naivasha and Timau), South Africa and China.A dedicated, self -driven , result oriented and enthusiatic agronomist, team player , astitute communicator and planner .Participated in project planning and execution . Conversant with environmental issues and global market requirements .A strategist in crop protection , Crop nutrition ,IPM and Crop husbandry to achieve desired results through first hand experiences gained in farming multinational enterprises through provision of focused and skilled leadership.I have a deep practical and theoretical training from Egerton university in Horticulture and a myriad of upto date industry training and a Masters in sustainable agriculture and food security from Lancaster university has widened my scope of cutting edge technology in crop production in a sustainable way .
