In my role as Regional Director of Operations, I led a team of 750 employees including salaried managers and supervisors, unionized hourly dockworkers, local pickup/delivery & OTR drivers). My team processed over 5,000 inbound/outbound LTL shipments per day through 13 service centers across the state of California. As an inbound supervisor I was responsible for delivery planning to provide an efficient game plan for 50 route drivers.
