Attended Vanguard University where I studied Kinesiology and Exercise Science. I graduated in May 2016 with a bachelor's degree. My passion is helping others succeed in both fitness and lifestyle goals. My knowledge and experience in athletics and fitness has inspired me to lead others in a direction for healthful lifestyles. This sounds simple but poses a large challenge for most Americans, as seen with increased obesity rates, cardiovascular diseases, and procrastination. Leading by example is a main focus of mine and I enjoy working hard and pushing the human body to its limits. I dream of helping others under all socioeconomic ranks and especially to impoverished areas to increase and benefit their knowledge of the body, health, and nutrition. I also enjoy being in clinical settings that emphasize holistic care such as in a chiropractic and acupuncture office where western medicine is almost fully avoided and discouraged. I am open minded and a firm believer that a positive and grateful attitude begins a good day, workout, test, etc. Everyone has the ability to live a healthy lifestyle no matter the age, race, sex, or size; it just takes will-power, dedication, and proper training.
