Worked with a team of brilliant developers and designers to create a single page app for franchise model businesses. Live chat with SMS transferring, group email, IMAP integration... basically what Gmail is today, but for businesses, and in 2008.

Planned and directed a multiple teams of workers. Projects occasionally spanned many months but typically involved several overlapping month long projects. Primary contact for customers and handled all affairs except for invoicing.

Designed and developed all technical aspects of a Ruby on Rails Social Web 2.0 application. Implemented many features present in most applications of this style, such as Friendships, Tags, AJAX, Server Push and RSS.

I worked part time at this position while taking classes at Indiana University Bloomington.
