-Produce and present a summer repertory theatre season with an operating budget of $250,000.-Oversee all aspects of a staff of 20 paid employees and 30 volunteer positions including recruitment, hiring, contract negotiations, pay scale, travel arrangements and housing details, and day-to-day oversight and management.-Oversee all aspects of production including designer selection, director/designer collaborations, budgeting, build and tech schedule, technical execution, and daily production tasks.-Set and implement long range goals for the SCRT both informed by and shaping the mission statement.-Promote and further decision making that insures the creative and fiscal strength and longevity of the company.-Represent the organization in national relationships and conversations.-Promote national outreach and recognition as well as local recognition. -Work with Board of Directors to set and strategize annual budget.-Drive and facilitate artistic direction and choices of the theatre company and shape a creative vision for the present and future of the company.-Create annual calendar for pre-production, production, and performance schedule.-Consult and work with community leaders to promote SCRT as an artistic entity.

-Process and oversee all company credit card reconciliation and payments.-Track and process all production expenses including reconciling production management invoices and expenses.-Oversee security at each venue, ensuring company members feel the greatest sense of safety during periods ofaudience interaction. As such, act as the first point of contact between fans, guests, and celebrity guests.-Coordinate front of house procedures with venue house staff and implement those procedures at every performance.-Serve as the first point of contact been commercial producer’s office and company hospitality (catering, car services,gifts) and implementation of said hospitality.-Support Company Manager with processing of payroll, oversight of travel and housing, and house seat requests.-Act as a proxy for the Company Manager in absence of Company Manager

Perry-Mansfield New Works Festival – Executive Producer, Jim Steinberg of the Steinberg Charitable Trust-Supported the Executive Producer and Associate Producer in all operations of the weeklong new play festival.-Direct contact with and support of partner companies: Seattle Repertory Theatre, Primary Stages, South CoastRepertory Theatre, Tectonic Theatre Project, and Curious Theatre Company.-Managed air and local travel and housing arrangements for 55 festival participants.-Coordinated ticketing for all industry guests.-Tracked and managed contracts, invoices, and paperwork for festival participants.-Production managed five new play readings.
