Hello!I’m Elina and my background is in Restaurant Business and Customer Service. I always want to ensure first class service and I tend to go the extra mile to get there. Currently in IKEA I get to connect with customers throughout their journey. I am also responsible for daily shifts to roll out smoothly with other co-workers knowing their tasks. I have very entrepreneurial way to work and I love challenges. They really keep me motivated. I tend to make things happen and instead of saying no I say let’s see how we figure this out. On my free time I started a sewing school with a dream to turn my passion of making clothes into business. Making entirely new clothes from a scratch gets me just as excited as repairing a broken zip from old jeans to expand their lifeline.
