Integrata Oy is a process design house which provides specialist services in human resource and payroll management systems. I works as a Tiima work time management software specialist. My responsibilities include Tiima implementation projects, work time interpretations, customer service and developing current processes with our customers. At Tietomitta Oy I was responsible for setting up a HelpDesk for our customers and I was part of the HelpDesk customer service team. I was also extensively part of product development and training.Responsibilities: - Running the HelpDesk - Product development - Training materials and training - Product testing - Creating manuals for our products

As a Product Specialist I was a part of product development and implementation of Tiima work time management software and M2 travel and expense management software. My responsibilities included but were not limited to testing, documentation, training, communication and implementation of the software.During my time at Logium my team developed a HelpDesk for our customers and I ran it for several years.
