My responsibilities as an Agent are:- approaching (potential) customers- creating/developing a connection with the (potential) customers- entering and processing data in SAP (the CRM-system our client works with)- doing a suitable and personal offer- reaching my sales targets

My responsibilities as a Sales Promotor were:- informing (potential) customers about the products- directing the customer to buy a particular brand- checking whether there is sufficient stock available- update the staff in store about new features of the productswinkel

My responsibilities as an Intern were:- contact with the client and candidates, answering questions they might have- writing job vacancies- screening candidates by phone- scheduling appointments- interviewing candidatesand others tasks of a recruiter

My resposibilities as a Sales Promotor were:- selling the various products for clients in photography, computers, printers and also washing machines and refrigerators in partnerstores as Mediamarkt, BCC and many more.- cross- and upselling in line with (previous bought) products of the customer.- informing customers and sales employees of the stores in an enthousiastic way- merchandising (checking the inventory and placing/improving promotional sites in various stores across the country)
