Working with communications and are from January 2023 responsible to lead and coordinate the small communications team within Automation Region. My main focus is to build a communication strategy that will strengthen the brand together with the team. Focusing a lot on content and building external relationships.I was also the sub-project manager for the project Mikrofabriker which aims to transfer knowledge and technology from the automation industry to the textil and fashion industry to enable new circular businesses models. Arbetade som Chefscroupier / Distriktschef på Cherry Spelglädje (Cherry Casino AB) i distrikt Mälardalen. Hade det övergripande ansvaret för distriktet som innefattade Västerås, Eskilstuna, Enköping, Sala och Köping. I arbetsuppgifterna ingick; rekrytering och utbildning av nya medarbetare, resultatanalyser, schemaläggning, coacha och utveckla medarbetare samt agerar kontaktperson för våra samarbetspartners. Personalansvar för 30-35 deltidsanställda.

Management Trainee/ Chef Trainee på Cherry Spelglädje (Cherry Casino) AB, distrikt Mälardalen.Arbetade med att assistera Chefscroupier'n/Distriktschefen med rekrytering och utbildning av nya medarbetare, resultatanalyser, schemaläggning, coacha och utveckla medarbetare samt agera kontaktperson för våra samarbetspartners.

I min roll som säljare på Clas Ohlson har jag fått stor erfarenhet av personliga kundmöten i form av personlig försäljning och genom arbete i kassan, som exempelvis har innefattat merförsäljning och rekrytering av medlemmar till Club Clas. Jag har också arbetat med varupåfyllnad, ombyggnationer i butiken samt haft ansvar för el-avdelningen tillsammans med en kollega.Tilldelades utmärkelsen Årets Medarbetare 2012.

Arbetade på Sandvik, via Strategiverket, under sommaren 2014. Mina främsta arbetsuppgifter var att uppdatera Power Point presentationer, ta fram underlag för enkät-undersökningar och att hjälpa till med intranätet.Jobbade även vid behov under hösten 2014.
