Designed, launched, and coordinated the Problem Solving Program pilot in which highly motivated & engaged supervisors & specialists earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with the successful completion of the 6-month program; which included over 70 hours of training, plus 20 weeks of project management – resulting in production cost savings of over $500,000. Administers & integrates all internal and external PD programs and offerings, including steering all communications between learners and any external vendors and/or internal leadership & stakeholders. Promotes digital learning through partnering with language providers & on-demand learning platforms to up-skill our workforce; providing equal opportunity to growth amongst multiple shifts & demands of a production environment. Coordinated the high-level scheduling of the preboarding, orientation, training, testing and surveying for all new hires’ first 90 days through driving efficient communication tools and standardized content. Managed and implemented the One Team Advisor program, addressing the retention concerns across the organization.

Managed a 2-week production suspension volunteer project through coordinating with over 35 non-profit organizations to accumulate more than 80 opportunities for over 850 VW employees to participate in; which resulted in over 4,500 hours of local volunteering, enhancing the VW Brand’s relationship with the community. Steered the creation and implementation of VW Chattanooga’s “Values” through organizing and overseeing a Pledge event for all employees, which resulted in over 550 virtual pledges in only two days. Developed and presented numerous successful proposals to the Board of Management, with budgets over $20,000.
