Biggest achievements in this role:- Designed a micro-frontends framework to allow 15+ teams to develop on the same portal autonomously, boosting innovation speed and re-use of components.- Paved the way towards an API-first multi-lingual microservices landscape to replace legacy PIM solution.- Increased autonomy of scrum teams by guiding them towards doing their own solution architecture.

In the role as product owner I am responsible for technical innovation on both the product catalog of bol.com and the digital asset base associated with all these products (> 10 million). I also provide the link between the IT team and the business stakeholders, organise marketplaces and make sure the backlog and current epics are managed.
