Worked with store security in Gina Tricot stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Germany, both operationally and strategically together with the Security Manager. Trained and educated store managers and employees in security matters and security routines. Store security involves internal & external frauds, fire, theft and other major events, cash & card handling, injuries and staff & customer safety. Conducted Audits (in all countries), unannounced internal controls to secure that all security and finance routines and policies were maintained and followed by all stores and all employees. Supported stores in security issues and visited stores with the purpose of a closer relation to the employees in order to prevent and detect misfortunes and defects in the daily work. Investigated internal and external frauds. Internal fraud work included work in the program Qlikview where I look for different patterns in the statistics, thereafter administration work, compiling documents and police reports and also difficult talks with employees. The role include 2-3 days traveling a week (store visits, training and cash audits).

I was the landlord of a student housing with over 140 rooms and apartments. Administration work, projects and responsible of the tenant contact.
