I am a volunteer Docent at the Carnegie Museum of Art, I am passionate about transmitting excitement about learning art though our school tours. I am blessed to be able to use my languages professionally. I work as a professional interpreter in Spanish and French, most of my work is in the medical field, but also in human environments with therapists in early intervention programs. I am a candidate to become a certified medical interpreter, just finished taking a Medical Healthcare Interpreter Training Program. I love being a a professional interpreter, helping people communicate who speak different languages. In a way being a Docent is similar, helping people communicate about art.
