Quality Inspector
Current• Train new employees in quality service operations, monitor their progress, and coach as needed• Produce welded assemblies for the Jeep Wrangler, Pacifica, Jeep Gladiator• Support manufacturing team in production builds, team meetings, customer reviews and production preparation activities.• Collaborate in a team of over 20 employees, continually determining how to improve processes• Audit quality process to ensure customer satisfaction for GM, BMW, FCA • Comply with OSHA regulations and MSDS to ensure safety of workers and clients• Recognized for outstanding service and reliability, and cross-trained in several departments• Review welded and stamped parts every two hours for due process• Oversee rejection part process which includes, regulating defective parts and improving stamping processes• Observe and supervise press operators and packers to ensure production
