My name is Elisa Mancinelli, I'm a responsible, enterprising and dynamic 22-year-old girl. I have a driving license B, I have a car, I am available for business trips in Europe, for fixed-term contracts for the summer season and for attending any training courses.As you can read from my attached CV, I graduated from the A.S. 2017/18 with a vote of 85/100 at the institute of social and health services, and I also obtained the O.S.S. on February 23, 2018.I have carried out numerous internships and apprenticeships in the sector, in Italy and abroad, which have allowed me to develop excellent adaptability and relational skills, I consider myself able to work both in groups and alone.I then chose to change sector, heading towards the restaurant business, first as a sales assistant at Roadhouse spa and then as a manager at Mcintosh pub snc, having become fascinated by the organization and management of the restaurant business.
