I was responsible for overseeing "Research and Development" at regional, national, and transnational levels, focusing on social policies related to social and labor market inclusion, training, and education. In this role, I served as the primary coordinator for designing and developing social experimentation initiatives funded through calls and tenders issued by a range of public and private entities, including Regional Governments, the Ministry of Social Policies, the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Department of Youth and National Civil Service, as well as Italian and international foundations and the European Commission (across several Directorates-General: Employment and Social Affairs; Education and Culture; Justice; Internal Market, Industry, and Entrepreneurship; International Cooperation and Development).My responsibilities included conducting both research and action-research on innovative governance models at the local level, along with analyzing organizational and work management frameworks founded on multi-sector partnerships among public, private, third sector, and social enterprise entities. Additionally, I managed regional and transnational projects, overseeing all aspects of project administration and financial reporting, alongside implementing comprehensive project monitoring and evaluation processes.
