I am a non-profit major gifts officer. I help fund raise for Albuquerque Rescue Mission through special events, plan and create relational opportunities to get to know our donors. I help with planned giving, estate giving and major gift donors.

We helped with music at the main Riverside campus for 6 services (2 services on Saturday & 4 services Sunday) until they built the new facility, for 4 years. I helped develop a background vocal audition process with the worship pastors, helped with background vocal MP3 recording/learning system on Planning Center for our BGV'S for online learning for the songs. We then helped launch a brand new video campus in the Highland area, starting with a group of 200 people. We oversaw this group 6 months before preparing for this new campus, planted and were the pastor/worship leaders for this campus for 1 year. We were then the worship pastors at High Resort video campus building community with worship team and volunteers at this campus for 3 years. I was a volunteer at Sagebrush Community Church, playing piano, singing and helping Jim, my husband and leading worship.

I taught private voice and piano lessons once a week. It was improvisational, note reading and classical method of musical training. The students had a recital once a year and performed their pieces.

Trained, recruited, mentored Leaders for our small groups within Church on the Rock. We had once a month training, three times a year recruited new leaders to lead new small groups of 5-15 people in homes, outside activities etc. These small groups functioned around commonalities, so people had a reason to get together. We would have an tri-annual events before and after services for people to meet the small group leader, pass out flyers and sign up. (Like a vending event). I had a group of volunteers to help set up for event and make our small group directory each time. We also planned church-wide events within the service, to involve the whole congregation. We had 60 small groups of a church of 400 people, that I oversaw and directed.

Co-Lead music from the piano or keyboard, by singing for the congregation every Sunday for two services. Directed the background vocalist on worship team, choir, musicals, youth group music. Our special services we usually had a group of 100 people volunteering their gifts and we came together to sing, live band, stage props, lights, children's choir, dancers, sign-language, adult choir, octet, drama's, emcee and programs.

I did research online and prepped before I pre-recorded my voice-overs for a 6 hour Saturday and Sunday shift. I was on several different times of the day and night during that period of working there. Saturday mornings 6am-12noon, 6pm-12midnight, Sunday 6am-12 noon, 12-6pm, 6-12midnight. I recorded voice overs for commercials, video, Calvary Chapel's Christmas openers etc.
