About Elisa Sciandro

I am a recent graduate of the Nutritional Science BSc at Centre for Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM) and am currently studying for a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma, aiming to begin practising as a Nutritional Therapist and Nutritionist in 2024. I am now keen to share the enthusiasm and knowledge I have gleaned from years of distance learning. My wish is to help clients identify their personal optimal wellbeing goals and support them on their journey to achieving better health. Utilising an evidence-based and personalised functional medicine approach, my practice aims to establish the causative factors behind clients’ health concerns, identify underlying imbalances and address their root causes, in order to restore equilibrium and guide the body towards optimal health. Taking the time to listen to each individual’s case, I provide an empathetic and supportive environment in which clients can feel empowered to achieve their health goals.
