Elisabeth Bond is licensed to practice law in the states of Indiana, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. She has over a decade of experience counseling and representing individuals, corporations, nonprofit institutions, schools and religious institutions in a wide range of cases litigated in state and federal courts across the country. Elisabeth's practice has been focused on complex civil litigation and counseling on matters involving products liability, premises liability, entertainment law, and professional negligence as well as family law matters. In 2013, Elisabeth was named to the Inaugural Hot List for Lawyers of Color, which recognizes early-to mid-career attorneys excelling in the legal profession. Elisabeth takes great pride in her work and is passionate about helping others. She is a recipient of Indiana University’s Pro Bono Program Service Award for providing numerous hours of unpaid legal service to benefit the underserved and the underrepresented. She also mentors students and newly licensed attorneys. Elisabeth aims to live a life of service and assist others in reaching their personal goals.
