My current role is to manage a portfolio of Auckland based exporting companies in the advanced manufacturing sector. Most of these companies create data in some form which has potential to be monetised and I enjoy the challenge of supporting them to develop their new business models to capture this value. I have spent most of my career in the exporting world working for export NZ firms, and this role is an opportunity to not only use my experience to guide companies but work alongside them to further grow our export sector. I am also working as an internal coach supporting colleagues to develop their careers and studying to qualify for a coaching certificate.
