(IPR2017-00208, IPR2017-00209, IPR2017-00212)• As lead IPR counsel for Google and LG, successfully invalidated all asserted claims in two patents on instant messaging technology asserted by Zipit Wireless. (IPR2019-01567, IPR2019-01568)• Successfully defended patent on groundbreaking fibrosis treatment, by convincing the PTAB to deny institution of PGR. (PGR2019-00053)• Prepared patent owner’s responses for client EMC in multiple IPRs filed by defendant in infringement litigation, exposing deficiencies resulting in denial of the IPRs.• Represented patent owner Nuance Communications in multiple ex parte reexamination proceedings resolved with all original patent claims confirmed.
