Business Analyst
• Partner with leaders and specialists on multiple teams to improve company processes• Pull data and analyze to find gaps, patterns, and places for improvement• Create dashboards, charts, and pivot tables to show analysis of data• Collect current state data, determine requirements, and create user stories for new and updated processes• Map processes for teams and leaders across divisions• Use Continuous Improvement to provide better solutions to business problems with high business impacts• Organize project information for teams, keep track of deliverables, and provide weekly status updates• Determine urgency for different deliverables and escalate as appropriate• Work with users to create Macros to help improve process efficiency
