I have over 20 years’ experience in the 9-1-1 industry, primarily in a consulting role, assisting public safety agencies in meeting their operational goals. I haves been a leading advocate for the adoption of Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1), working closely with leading 9-1-1 organizations on a national campaign to deploy NG9-1-1 to every Emergency Communications Center in this country. I was a Gubernatorial appointee for the state-level Commission to Advance NG9-1-1, which produced multiple reports to the state’s legislative body outlining recommended deployment models of NG9-1-1. I utilize a customer-focused approach, and is currently serving as Motorola’s Regional Manager for Next Generation 9-1-1 Core Services (NGCS) for the Eastern US.
