As manager for the Corporate Consolidation & Management Reporting, I managed a team of 8 people with responsibility for the consolidation of Sony Mobile Group, its legal and operational reporting and its accounting principles. The team supports the Shared Service Centers as well as the business with accounting guidance in various issues and projects.

As Finance Manager for the Swedish companies in the Group, I participated in the development and implementation of the European Finance Service Center. I became the Manager for the Finance Service Center which was responsible for and provided services within three major processes, Purchase to Pay, Invoice to Cash and Record to Report for the legal entities and branches within Europe.

Managed a team of six people being responsible for the consolidation & reporting of the Group's Financial statements to Management and to owners, Sony and Ericsson. The team was also responsible for the operational reporting of actuals, the consolidation of budget and forecasts as well as the Management reporting. The consolidation was performed in the Aaro system. Established financial processes to be compliant with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Participated in quarterly meetings with Audit Committee. Was during a couple of years the Finance Manager for the Parent company and its swedish subsidiary with branches all over the world.

Responsible for accounting and reporting, banking and payments and accounts payable, managing a team of five members. Responsible for preparation and reporting of monthly closings, including the Financial statements for individual legal entities as well as the Group Financial statements. Preparation of Annual reports and tax returns, and the contacts with the auditors. Consolidation and follow up of the budget.

Responsible for the accounting, consolidation and reporting of the Swedish international subsidiary with 40 to 50 branches all over the world. Responsible to develop finance processes and to support controllers and third party accounting firms globally.

Managed a team of 8 people with responsibility for preparation,analysis and reporting of period closings and forecasts for the parent company in the Group. Responsible for developing the finance processes within the company to secure quality and internal control and to support the business in various accounting issues.
