These questions have been the centre for my work as a consultant. I have worked with mergers, international groups, diversity management, and cross-disciplinary project groups. I do this as a public speaker, a facilitator and a senior advisor. I have developed and introduced the Scandinavian concept of Cultural Intelligence (CI) with the book ‘KI – Kulturel intelligens’ (Børsens Forlag 2007) in collaboration with Benedikte Achen, Inger Dræby and Iben Jensen. This book was translated and published in English ‘CI – Cultural Intelligence – the art of leading cultural complexity’ at Libri Publishing, London 2008.
