Deloitte Digital is the creative digital consultancy. As part of the Digital Customer Experience team I advise global organizations in the transformation of their sales processes. By implementing Salesforce technology I help my clients to better operate and communicate in areas such as Marketing, Sales and Customer Support. During my various project engagements I am responsible for the continuous development and improvement of the clients’ business processes, the key user training and the knowledge transfer of agile project methods. In my latest project the challenge was to replace the outrunning CRM system with a quickly adaptable, cost-efficient and scalable CRM solution.

In my role as a Product Manager for the group-wide online rating portal "caradvisor.at" I was responsible for requirements engineering, roll-out support in 16 partner countries (mainly in CEE countries) and had the overall responsibility for the project budget. In the course of the strategic development and implementation of the rating platform, I took over the entire conceptual design of the platform from the very beginning and thus played a major role in renewing the group-wide customer satisfaction process. My daily responsibilities included the resource planning and prioritization of a four-person team of software engineers, with whom I further enhanced the frontend and backend areas of the platform. In addition, I did vendor screening for the editorial rating management in order to derive strategic implications from large volumes of data (e.g. free text in customer ratings). During numerous workshops I trained the entire car dealership network and familiarized them with the functionalities of the platform.

During my 6-month internship I was responsible for identifying new sales potentials for offline and online channels in the used car segment and setting up retargeting activities. Additionally, I supported the team in creating marketing campaigns both online and offline. I enjoyed content creation for the monthly newsletter in particular as well as the coordination of agencies in terms of SEO/SEA activities.

During my summer internship in the Human Resources & Employer Branding department I supported the team in employer branding activities. I organized recruiting events as well assessment center for future executive positions and was part of relaunch of online presence of employer.
