As assistant sales manager, my main duties include inputting and managing inventory, managing and maintaining our website (inventory, orders, shipments, and analytics), curating and growing our social media (posts, interactions, stories, etc.), and interacting with and assisting customers in their shopping in order to optimize their experience. I also assist in training new workers in our POS system and in store organizational projects. Additionally, I assist in planning, marketing, and executing events for our boutique such as late night shopping events, our 25th anniversary party, and our semi-annual sidewalk sales.

I have designed and maintained my own website along with the websites for two other business' (Aspen Vista Counseling and Wellness, Lily Brooklyn Boutique). My additions to specifically the boutique's website have lead to a 200% increase in online sales since my time working on it.

Solely responsible for leading a group of twenty 6–12-year-old camper ‘demigods’ for a week in a camp based around Greek mythology and other cultural myths and folklore. Led demigods on a weekly “quest”, guiding them to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills learned throughout the week, while dealing with monsters and other challenges they may face. Guided field games based on “hero training” and led basic “sword training” throughout the week.

Worked with Engineering, House Cleaning, and Public Safety as a team to ensure smooth functioning of building facilities and events; handle and track mail and package deliveries; code and recode key cards to doors using Ving Card System; handle concerns over the phone and ensure confidentiality of residents is kept; in charge of cleaning office space once daily at opening and closing; during COVID-19, have handled distribution, collection, and shipping of weekly COVID-19 testing kits of over 350 students

As a Residential Assistant, I would ensure the safety and comfort of each resident, assist in room checks for cleanliness, work with Building Leadership team to create events to engage residents and promote community; Work directly with residence hall council to ensure needs and desires of building are being met; ensure that all facilities are functional and that expectations of the hall are met and exceeded.

I aided students in essay outlining, formatting, writing, and editing. I also worked with them on putting into writing their analysis of a reading or expounding on their thoughts if what they had already written did not satisfy the professors request. When working with students on text analysis in literature comprehension classes, I would assist them in contextualizing the piece they were reading in our current day and time, as well as the day and time of it's conception in order to better help them understand and comprehend the piece's content. I also stayed in consistent communication with the writing and literature professors of courses that were mandatory for graduating, as well as professors of courses I had several students coming to me with questions from in order to better understand the content of the course as well as what may be confusing the student in terms of what the professors were asking for in assignments. I also worked often with students for whom English was their second language as I was raised in a trilingual household and am multilingual myself, and therefore often understand better where things may get lost in translation. This position also served me in deepening my ability to critically think about texts and my comprehension of them, without overcomplicating it and recognizing that text analysis and critique can remain easily comprehensible and accessible to all.

Once a week, I sang and played guitar or piano for guests at either the general guest dinner or, on certain occasions, at private dinners. I planned set lists around the theme of the evening, and coordinated with the event planner and guests on what ambience the music would be enhancing. I worked with whichever venue I was presented and coordinated with the manager on what equipment was able to be provided versus what I needed to bring.

When I was in this role, I would guide first-year and transfer vocal performance students through the process of acclimating to NYU and the requirements of them. I also taught a weekly class on student life tips, self-care and mental health techniques, and hold seminars and guest interviews that would encourage students and further their careers. I held weekly office hours for students to debrief their week, explain any stress or worries they may have, express confusion surrounding NYU and resolve it, or just talk to someone who has been in their shoes before.

In the position as customer service rep, my primary duties included answering phones, handling bookings and subscriptions, assisting patrons in planning their entire experience from show choice to dining, and other services offered; I also handled cash, check, and electronic payments, and ensured their deposit to finance office each morning.
