-Project coordinator for the launch of "Cooking for our community" meal provision for vulnerable people in the Preston community who were affected by COVID-19-Managing on a daily basis meal requests, arranging volunteer drivers, packaging and delivery hours-Monitor and order inventory-Prepare coffee drinks and hot and cold beverages

- Obtaining food orders and enter into MICROS system- Serving and clearing tables at private parties of 150 - 200 pax- Set-up beverages, coffee, desserts, breakfast, lunch, and dinner stations.

A rotational program including the Front Desk, Reservations, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping departments.

Basic preparation of food and simple cooking (dessert, pizza, salad, burger, and wrap).Ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.Cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds, and equipment.Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
