Excelerant is a certified Woman Owned Business. Excelerant principals have received multiple civic awards and are active civic leaders in Louisiana. As a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), Elise facilitates critical meetings for executive, leadership and project teams in many industrial sectors, including the Oil & Gas industry.As a People Strategist, Elise works with executive teams, especially in the Oil & Gas and other industrial sectors. Her specialty is helping a company identify and execute a plan of action that supports business strategy with people resources. Her role is to help a company leverage the unique talent and resources of both their team and the Excelerant team to establish and accomplish their mission-critical company goals.Elise works from the belief that Excelerant’s customers are the experts in their business and that her role is to work together with them to design and implement a practical, proactive plan to achieve the results they desire for the people side of their business. She enjoys having the ability to bring to the table a different set of professional skills that, together with that of the professional leaders in the organization, create new strategies that may not have been otherwise identified or possible.
