As a member of the Davidson College volleyball team, I learned to collaborate with 18+ females to achieve a common goal of athletic excellence and work together as a cohesive unit. I devoted 35+ hours a week to practice, competition, film and scouting, lifting, travel, and physical rehabilitation therapy.

I streamlined biological computational processes by automating and optimizing sequence analysis tasks (I engineered 3 web tools to do this). I consulted with the research lab's biologists to determine which processes would be best to automate. I worked on a team of Davidson researchers in cooperation with SensorRx to determine the cause of migraines. We used data collected from SensorRx's app, MigrnX, where users track their migraines while the app records real-time data relevant to each headache episode.
