Accounts Receivable – sending invoices, statements, issuing credits and refunds.Accounts Payable – enter and code all invoices & process payments.Office Administrative / Human resources – conducting new hire orientation, distribute and maintain employee records, Form I-9 verification, W-4 Forms for employment, entering employees into our employee management system, update and maintain all employee records & documentation.Adding new employees to the different insurance policies and maintaining current employees by adding dependents or removing them.Preparing and providing documentation for insurance audits.Calling in workers compensation claims.Handling Unemployment Claims.Tracking and submitting OSHA documentations 300, 301, 300A forms.

Track customer payments cash, credit card, check payments using Service Titan; post and export into our Sage System.Verify and match exported payments in Intacct Sage Accounts.Monitor and assist payments through Wells Fargo loan processing.Enter all payments and make bank deposits.Accounts Payable – enter and code all invoices & process payments.
