I obtained my Master's Degree in Psychology and worked in the field for a few years in the late 90's-early 2000's. I ended up taking some time off to travel and raise my family. I ended up in the cleaning business after spending 4 months in Spain, where I learned that I not only liked and enjoyed the field, but was very good at it as well. So, when I got back to the States I started with one client and within 2 years, I had over 200, which has been rewarding and challenging in it's own way. But, after a rough couple of years with some unsavory employees, I found myself wishing that I could get out of the cleaning business and get back to helping individuals and couples through therapy and one-on-one counseling. This is where my true passion lies and why I went to so many years of school to learn the skills and gain the certificates necessary to practice in NJ. As I am in my mid 40's, this is where I see myself focusing until my retirement, which won't be for quite some time.

I manage all aspects of the business: I have excellent sales and customer service skills; My abilities to hire & fire, train, motivate employees, attribute conflict resolution when necessary, as well as, schedule my clients, manage my employees (track their hours and performance), and give detailed directions not only to the job but also the exact duties needed when the employees get to the job. Over the years I have encountered a variety of problems and therefore I developed & implemented procedures to help guarantee that all employees arrive to each job on time and perform in an efficient manner at every location, that equipment is properly used & maintained and that all tools and solutions are retrieved after the job is completed, that the work is done to the high standards that I expect and that any keys to enter the buildings are returned at the end of the day. These procedures have been working for the last few years and are updated whenever necessary. On the office end, I am computer literate, have some book keeping/accounting abilities, and am able to correspond with my clients through emails, proposals, estimates and invoices as well as through phone/text. When I started this company, I was already very responsible, had excellent communication and organizational skills and knew how to keep calm under high stress, delegate responsibilities when necessary and do the work myself when there is no one else available, but in the last 7 1/2 years, these areas have only improved greatly being that this position has deemed them necessary for being successful in this field.
