I started my journey as a facilitator in 2005. Since then, I've accumulated more than 18 years of working and facilitating diverse groups and processes across the world, and over 12 years of experience as an intercultural communication trainer in South and North America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania, working with different age groups (youth and adults).I have vast experience in designing and facilitating organisational development and organisational change processes in diverse social impact fields. In my work, I apply a strong lens of power dynamics looking at gender, race, and global and local systems of inequity, and a careful look at the inclusion of different perspectives and ways of knowing and doing. I facilitate in Portuguese, Spanish and English, and work with culturally diverse groups of any size.
