  Responsible for analysis, design and testing activities of enhancements to the Integrated Customer Database. Develops and communicates specifications to both internal staff and external vendors for highly complex projects such as the addition of whole new sources of data and changes to existing data to accommodate new business processes and marketing programs.Liaison with contributing source system vendors to ensure the seamless processing of the regular updates of the Customer Database. This includes adherence to standards, schedules and procedures which enable meeting service level agreements in the load of feeds, scores, NCOA updates and overlay appends.Analyze data anomalies, determine source of problem, recommend and oversee implementation of sound corrective actions. Identify improved controls and procedures to avoid recurrence. Build productivity tools utilizing Domo to assist Database Group manage internal schedules, track work load and monitor data issues. Design, plan, and execute SQL and DOMO training for internal team members to enhance operations and enable innovation. These are all of the trainings I’ve done for the Selections group over time in S3, and continued lessons in Domo and SQL.Design and implement novel processes that evolve and enable data agility in the CSI department to support marketing needs. This includes designing and managing the CLI Tool strategy we are using today for Domo data updating daily. Develop and lead process and tool enhancements that improve and ensure code integrity and evangelize best practices. This includes searching for methods to help our team with peer reviewed code as well as running our weekly meeting to discuss Domo Governance policies. Also managing the keycode tool that is used by the entire marketing department.
