My experience as a teaching assistant for two professors in the University of Cincinnati's Psychology Department was invaluable for my academic development. I had the privilege of assisting Philip J. Masline and Dr. Julie Ann Weast in their course "Intro to Research Methods and Statistics", which I had excelled in as a second-year student. I was responsible for grading and mentoring more than 25 undergraduate students who enrolled in the lab and lecture sections of the course.
