As a Public Health Navigator for the COVID-19 Response Team, I was involved in various aspects of research, leadership, and mentorship. One of my key responsibilities included developing a comprehensive interview script to engage stakeholders and directors using CTA methods. My experience as a teaching assistant for two professors in the University of Cincinnati's Psychology Department was invaluable for my academic development. I had the privilege of assisting Philip J. Masline and Dr. Julie Ann Weast in their course "Intro to Research Methods and Statistics", which I had excelled in as a second-year student.
