Served on the Board of Directors to organize the 69th SCONA. Designed 16 roundtable topics and lead a committee (13) through researching, analyzing, and synthesizing information SCONA delegates need to write meaningful policy recommendations.

Served as a teaching assistant in a Seminar on Current Events in International Affairs. Graded 450 papers and provided feedback on each.

Assisted academic advisors in the Politics and International Studies Departments.

Partnered with faculty to welcome 26 incoming freshmen, encourage on-campus involvement, provide transition resources, and help cultivate a personal understanding of selfless service. Mentored students 1-on-1 develop individualized academic success plans and explore positions related to their interests.

Synthesized government documents, think tank reports, and academic papers into impartial research briefs for civilian and O-6 NWC faculty to update practicum and foundational courses in various national security issues. Researched topics included: China’s nuclear modernization and strategy, US-China grand strategy, counterterrorism strategy in East Africa, South Korean diplomatic history.

Researched contemporary topics of political, social, and economic importance in Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus.
