Lollyplops horse treat sales help support the rescue horses of REINS. I began a Ridgeback rescue way back in 1990 and have morphed into Ridgebacks in Need. We are self supporting and both rescues are totally all-volunteer based.

REINS is a horse rescue based in Hollister, CA. We began by taking in four horses that were seized in a local abuse case. While we have our CA state non-profit status, our Federal status is pending. Our goals are to taken in, rehabilitate and rehome, those horses that have been seized by county officials and are in need of help.

Lollyplops is a horse treat company making 100% natural horse treats. All treats are made in a climate controlled facility and taste tested by our own Friesian horses!

The Orchard Inn is an equine AirBnB that resides in a remodelled large and small animal veterinary hospital. Guests are encouraged to bring not just their dogs on their trips or vacations but if travelling with horses we offer a place to stay in the same property as your horse! One can book "The Surgery Room" or "The Kennel Room" or the "Exam Room" and enjoy a super night's sleep while your horse is safe in a stall or paddock. The dogs are allowed to sleep with you in your room. We do not offer meals but we do keep snacks on board.

Filed for non-profit status for Rhodesian Ridgeback Rescue after running it for seven years. Thoroughly enjoyed working with the rescued ridgebacks across the years which numbered well over 2500 Ridgebacks that came through my home. I hope other rescues will pick up where I have left off. The shelter euthanasia rate certainly did not go up while I ran Ridgeback Rescue and many "unadoptable" dogs were successfully rehabilitated and went on to live happy lives some as therapy dogs, others as family companions, some as search and rescue dogs.

Rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed many, many Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs, both pure bred and mixed breed. Educated the general pubic about the breed, about Dermoid Sinus and training of their rescue dog.
