Starting as a Customer Service Representative I quickly progressed to Technician Manager where I worked hard and fast to immerse myself in the industry and get to know the company inside and out. After a highly successful year I was promoted to Operations Manager. This role includes the day to day management of logistics and staff; ensuring the smooth running of the business from top to bottom. I am across all leads that come into the business from the initial enquiry to the completion of jobs and satisfied customers.
